Tray passed hors d’oeuvre
Bite sized finger food- An array of big flavors presented in small bites- elegant and fun, our selections are often creative remakes of old favorites and comfort foods, deconstructed to reflect modern styles and flavor profiles. This full service option is perfect for a standup cocktail party, elegant reception or gala prefunction.
Heavy hors d’oeuvre
We like a combination of gorgeous platters on the table with a few delicacies offered on passing trays. Some hot from the oven, artfully arranged on our handmade platters. We eat with our eyes, and this is a visual feast. Our style is never fluffy or stuffy, but architectural and interesting, modern and elegant, intended to seamlessly accent the event.
Buffet, seated and family style meals
Whether created in your home, an open field, or a grand hall, our meals delight with excellent food, spiffy service, (and good prices.) Our menus evolve with the seasons and are customized for the situation. Over the years we have catered clambakes and pig roasts, moroccan feasts and farm dinners. We have produced elegant sit down galas, Family-style Supper Clubs and multiple station buffets. Small plates stations
Choose three or four separate chef attended stations, each offering small version of plated entrees, salads made on the spot or little balanced compositions that stand on their own. It is an interactive format where guests are encouraged to taste each station and mingle as they go. Depending on the menu this style could feel like a sprawling tapas bar, a world’s fair exposition or a local food cart pod. The sense of discovery is delightful and the eating time extended in this food focused format.
Locations and Venues
We treat every event as a project and understand that what works in one space may require entirely different planning in another. We have produced huge events in warehouses and intimate dinners on loading docks. We know how to cater on the beach, in a barn and on a boat. We would love to work with you to find a fun location and to create a menu that will work perfectly regardless of the challenges.
