Since 2003, Devil’s Food Catering has been serving delicious, great looking food… hand made from scratch recipes. When planning our menus, we strive to select foods that will be at the peak of their season, and whenever possible, to source products locally, providing our clients with the freshest, tastiest dishes. Our presentation is best described as modern, balanced and elegant. We serve our foods on hand made modern platters, colorfully arranged and garnished with flavor. We have served business leaders and construction workers, Hollywood stars and musicians, Heads of State and Archbishops.
A few standout events include the 45th anniversary of the Japanese Gardens, a glorious seated dinner under the moon, for 250 guests. Also, the 25th Anniversary party of R& H Construction where we served heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks from construction-themed food and drink stations to over 800 guests. On another memorable occasion, we catered an intimate cocktail reception for President Bill Clinton, where we prepared a special kitchen dinner just for him, while others waited in the next room for his entrance. In the summer of 2010, we catered an exclusive reception for President Obama.

Whether we are catering a lunch, dinner, wedding, meeting, event large or small, we pay extra attention to the small things that can make or break a party: Will the garnish look great with the platter and the tablecloth and the cocktail napkin? Do we have a long enough extension cord to operate the coffee maker in the far corner? How will we flawlessly prepare a seated dinner for 250 people without a full kitchen? How will we make the most out of the space that we have to work with? We know that flexibility and creativity are always required, not just for preparing fabulous food, but along the entire planning process. We never rely on cookie-cutter solutions.
